Belfin Capital has a disruptive approach

Founded in 2016 by Niccolò Belingardi Clusoni, Belfin Capital is a Real Estate Investment and Development firm focused on leading cities.

We adopt a private equity approach: our core activities are sourcing, structuring and acquisition for large-scale complex real estate transactions. Belfin aligns its interest seamlessly from the beginning by taking a position in the capital stack and providing co-investors with a complete understanding of the deal.

We focus on value add, designing strategic, innovative and custom made solutions to transform real estate assets through restructuring, repositioning, and physical improvements. Combining local skills with international experiences in New York and London, we believe to have a disruptive and futuristic view to convert city buildings and their environments to generate superior returns for investors and deliver to the market prime products with sustainable value.

The wide heritage represents the key skill at Belfin. Focus on opportunities, with a clear view on the exit and final positioning of the assets, the strategy is based on a thorough knowledge of the process which enables the development of appropriate and bespoke RE strategies. We undertake public administration issues, and construction complexities providing solutions to our investors. By combining a deal based understanding of technical & legal issues, asset management and capital markets, we aim to satisfy our investment returns.
